HARPA is a unique ensemble of musicians from all parts of the USA. Their interpretations of traditional music from Northern Lands such as Scotland, Sweden, and Ireland have helped shape modern folk music in America today. Harps as well as flute, concertina, and other instruments harmonizing old and new music to form new traditions.

The Dumfries and Galloway Branch of the Clarsach Society

HARPA is coming to the Mill in association with The Dumfries and Galloway Branch of the Clarsach Society.  The society has about 30 members and meets once a month, either in Holywood or Kikudbright,  to learn new tunes and enjoy harping on!

Harps are available for a modest rent and new members always welcome.
