Welcome to the Mill Café

The Mill Café is on the ground floor of the Mill and incorporates the riverside terrace with beautiful views along the river. Check the black board next to the counter which changes daily and lists our ‘specials’.  Polite dogs are very welcome, and when the sun is shining there is nowhere better than the terrace outside to relax and enjoy the view!

 

Kitchen and waiting staff for the 2018 season

We are looking for kitchen staff and waiting staff for the 2018 season.

Kitchen staff: minimum 2 days per week. Responsibilities will include preparing fresh soups, baking (including gluten free) and preparing light meals, sandwiches and salads. Previous experience essential, and Food Hygiene certification to Level 2 minimum. A particular interest in seasonal foods, locally sourced ingredients, and a knowledge of developing food trends would be an asset.

Waiting staff: minimum 4 days per week. Responsibilities include taking customer orders, liaising with kitchen staff, making and serving drinks, taking payments, cashing up at the end of the day. Previous experience essential.
